We notice that people have a lot of questions at the beginning. We have tried to answer many of the most common ones here.

If I join the training from the UK will I be able to attend the intensives in the UK?

There are currently no UK intensives. When you join the training from the UK you will be asked to choose to join the Portugal track attending the in person Modules 2 & 4 in Portugal or the Scandinavian track attending the in person Modules 2 & 4 in Denmark. You are currently able to attend the Foundations In Relational Bodywork in either Portugal or the UK.

I am potentially interested In the training but would like to experience some 1-1 sessions to get a feel for the work. Can I book a session with one of you as course directors ?
